Classification

Its structure is simple. Spot welding on the steel beam during installation is simple, economical and practical. This kind of step plate is widely used in many projects. T2 step plate
It is made of ordinary flat steel by spot welding, and the end plate is installed by spot welding at both ends of the step plate. The end plate has a round hole with a diameter of 14 mm and a long round hole. Chamfer the corner of the oblong hole on the end plate to facilitate installation. After fabrication, holes shall be drilled on the steel beam and installed with bolts. It is also widely used, with the characteristics of being removable and reusable.
T3 step board
This type of step board is widely used in the variety of step boards. The front end of the step plate is spot-welded with a pattern plate corner guard, which plays a beautiful, anti-skid and wear-resistant role. Spot welding installation is adopted during installation, which is simple and time-saving. This kind of pedal covers sharp edges and corners with a pattern plate to avoid serious injury caused by slipping and bumping.
T4 step plate
T4 step plate combines the advantages of T2 step plate bolt installation and T3 step plate beauty and safety. It can be installed with bolts for easy disassembly; The corner guard of the pattern plate is also spot welded, which is beautiful and safe. It has a high reuse rate and combines the advantages of the above, and the product price is also the highest in this series.
