Installation Method Of Composite Steel Grating
1. The steel grating or step plate shall be directly welded on the supporting steel structure, and the welding position shall be painted with two coats of zinc powder paint.
2. It is installed with a special installation clamp for steel grating, which does not damage the galvanized layer and is convenient for disassembly and assembly. Each set of mounting clip includes one upper clip, one lower clip, one M8 round head bolt and one nut.
3. The stainless steel mounting clip or bolt connection and other fastening methods can be provided as required.
4. The installation clearance of steel grating is generally 100mm.
5. During installation, pay attention to the firm and reliable installation, and check frequently to prevent the installation clamp from loosening and falling off. It is better to weld or add rubber pad on the steel grating close to the vibration.
